		<description>thx for this. one thing that you said that i like to remind myseklf when it&#039;s really tough: at some point you get to the realisation that you are completely responsible for EVERYTHING in your life... that even your greatest enemies are there as your teachers, in a sense doing you a favor by playing the &#039;bad guy&#039; to help you rise... i often reflect on this thought and whenever i do i get a kind of strange tingly feeling of freedom, however fleeting.</description>
